Job Description
As a Web Browser Services Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting web browser technologies used at SAP and Windows 11 operating systems. This role requires a curious and passionate specialist to dive into our environment and help manage our clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Baseline Settings Documentation: Create and update baseline settings documentation for all browsers across all platforms.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Meet with lines of business, program managers, and stakeholders (e.g., application services) to ensure alignment and effective communication.
3. Intune CSP Management: Maintain Intune CSP and inform management and key stakeholders before changes are deployed.
4. Single Point of Contact (SPOC): Act as the SPOC for level 3 related to requests/questions.
5. ServiceNow Support: Handle ServiceNow support tickets from end-users, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
6. Knowledge Base Creation: Create Knowledge Base articles for web browsers topics to aid in troubleshooting and user education.
7. Collaboration with Packaging Team: Work closely with the Packaging Team on the delivery of browser frontend technologies at SAP.
8. Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot Windows 11 technical problems at a solid level, providing effective solutions.
9. Vendor Interaction: Open advisory and incident tickets with vendors to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
1. Good understanding of web browser technologies (MS Edge, Chrome, Safari, etc.) on Windows, MAC, and Linux operating systems.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) with a focus on Intune, including basic knowledge of the Autopilot process.
3. Fundamentals of MEM Win32 applications.
4. Basic understanding of Azure Active Directory fundamentals.
5. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
6. More than 2 years of experience in IT, with a strong background in web browsers technology and their settings/policies.
7. Ability to search for technical information and solutions on the web, understand them, and implement them in Intune/PS Script + Registry.
8. Able to work independently, keep tasks on track, and provide updates during regular calls.
9. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
10. Desirable professional education or equivalent certification (e.g., Windows 11/Windows 10, Microsoft Azure).
