About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our Commercial Intelligence Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our data pipelines, services, and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and workflow orchestration tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and present findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Design, implement, and optimize our team's services and products
  • Embrace modern DevOps and Backend Software engineering practices
  • Transform, test, and document data

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Software Engineer
  • Fluency in Python
  • Good SQL knowledge, particularly in connection to Snowflake
  • Experience working with workflow orchestration tools, such as Airflow
  • Experience with DevOps and Infrastructure, including Kubernetes, Docker, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines
  • Some experience with cloud providers, particularly AWS
  • Familiarity with Kafka
  • Preference for working along Agile frameworks
  • Experience collaborating with Data Teams
  • Knowledge of analytics engineering tools, such as DBT or similar
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools, such as DataDog, and data modeling tools, such as Power BI

About the Team

Our Commercial Intelligence Team is responsible for creating analytical products, including data pipelines, reports, and ad-hoc analyses. We support the department and the whole company in taking data-driven business decisions by translating big data into actionable insights and building automated solutions.
