  • Provide exceptional wine service with proper serving temperatures and glassware presentation.
  • Offer wine pairing suggestions to elevate the dining experience.
  • Engage with guests, sharing insights about wines and enhancing their overall experience.
  • Maintain proper records of wine sales.
  • Collaborate with and support the service & kitchen teams.

Our wine cellar is filled with over 12,000 bottles mainly from Portugal, offering an extensive selection of wines from around the globe. As a Sommelier at Robinwood Activity Centres, you will be an integral part of our service team.
