Job Description
We are looking for experienced wait staff for our new opening of ATTIKO, a fine dining Pan-Asian restaurant located inside the ME Lisbon hotel. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing prompt and courteous service to customers, taking orders with a thorough knowledge of all menu items, delivering food to tables in an accurate and timely manner, and exceeding customer expectations through positive and professional service. Additional responsibilities include setting up and closing down tables within your section, maintaining cleanliness of workstations and equipment, and attending regular departmental briefings. We are seeking individuals with minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar roles and fast-paced environments, preferably within fine dining restaurants. Additionally, proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential, and knowledge of wines and spirits is a plus.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be customer-oriented with a positive attitude, and possess the ability to create a positive fine dining experience for customers. It is also crucial to have knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP standards.
