Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the execution of strategic plans and meet or exceed P&L targets
  • Create a culture of performance, execution, and continuous improvement
  • Develop talents and scale the organization for sustainable growth
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chief of Staff, Operational Manager, COO, Founders, CEO, CRO, Head of Operations, General Manager at least 3 years in a startup or scale-up
  • Master and like modern tools and are comfortable with building processes
