We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead Analytics to join our project in Lisbon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of data-driven solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the development of data-driven solutions;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results;
- Managing the Technical Debt Backlog;
- Creating technical documentation of applications;
- Performing infrastructure change requests;
- Defining Work Breakdown Structure;
- Monitoring Status Points of Initiatives.
Requirements
- Up to 15 years of experience in data, BI, and analytics platforms/language/technology/framework;
- Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or similar;
- Experience in ETL, Database, Datawarehouse;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Able to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams;
- Critical analysis and problem-solving skills;
- Commitment to quality deliverables;
- Familiarity with Agile methodology, JIRA tool, and Confluence (valued);
- Experience as Scrum Master (valued);
- Experience in strategic projects;
- Good spoken and written level of English;
- Knowledge of application technologies;
- Hands-on experience with these technologies;
- Experience with complex solution design.
