Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Structural Analysis Specialist to join our team at CEiiA. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing tools and methodologies to support the structural analysis process, performing calculations and validations, and preparing and developing FEM models from CAD geometries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Analysis Tools: Design and develop tools and methodologies to support the structural analysis process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform Structural Analysis: Conduct calculations and validations for components and products under various load cases, identifying potential issues and proposing corrective actions.
  • Model Development and Analysis: Prepare and develop FEM models from CAD geometries, performing critical post-processing and reporting of analysis results.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the project team to identify goals and requirements, determine the most appropriate analysis methods, and provide regular updates and reports.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure that all analysis and testing activities are conducted in accordance with established quality and safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Academic background in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautics, Mechanics, or equivalent, with proven experience in structural sizing and approval of components and products.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hyperworks, Ansys, MSOffice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and good programming skills in C++, Python, and VBA.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
