**Responsibilities**:

  • Client Partnerships: Build trusted partnerships with international clients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering recruitment solutions that align with their goals.
  • Metrics-Driven Execution: Monitor recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and quality-of-hire, to inform strategies and enhance process efficiency.
