Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Reporting Specialist to join our Finance department at Indie Campers. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key role in overseeing the company's financial health.

About the Role:

  • You will be part of our Financial Planning and Reporting team, responsible for managing cash flow, executing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • You will work closely with other finance teams to design and implement a cash pooling strategy that minimizes risk and optimizes transfers.
  • You will establish internal policies and procedures to control treasury activities and process payments and receivables efficiently.
  • You will create strategies with other finance departments to minimize cash position and achieve daily cash flow projections.
  • You will make arrangements to collect payments from debtors and make bank payments properly.
  • You will review invoices for payment, follow up on expenses and current account staff reconciliations, and control overdraft accounts and short-term financing instruments.
  • You will control global cash position and maintain banking relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, or Auditing.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in treasury operations or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and strong analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and excellent teamwork skills.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure, with discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory) and fluency in Portuguese, German, Italian, or French is valued.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
