At Appy People, we're seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing engaging storyboards and storylines based on content provided by subject matter experts.
• Collaborating with experts to ensure e-learning meets the specific needs of the target audience.
• Designing instructional graphics, user interface, and the final product.
• Creating resources such as exercises, videos, and tests to support and assess learning.
• Applying the latest techniques and trends to optimize the design and effectiveness of learning.
• Setting clear objectives to guide content development and ensuring participants achieve results effectively.
• Developing materials and activities that capture the target audience's interest and facilitate learning.
• Ensuring all project documentation and organization are maintained in a clear and accessible manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System.
• Visual design skills (Articulate Storyline, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator), audio/video editing software, and storyboarding abilities.
• Ability to write instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts.
• Excellent understanding of learning theories and instructional design models.
• Capability to coordinate and manage instructional design projects, ensuring content is delivered within defined deadlines and resources.
