">Responsibilities:

- Daytime back-up service for travel agencies">
- Specialist in Corporate / Business Travel services">
- Business ticketing (GDS expertise in Amadeus or Sabre)">
- Travel Management Company (TMC) providing customers with dedicated or shared travel consultants">
- Handling incoming and outgoing requests via phone, email, and chat">
- Providing information according to customer requests">
- Booking, modifying, and cancelling air, rail, hotel, and car rental services via client's GDS or BtoB sites">
Requirements:
">The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in ticketing, Business Travel Agent, knowledge in Sabre or Amadeus, multitasking skills, organizational skills, and expertise in Corporate Travel. Fluency in French and English is required, along with good knowledge of IT tools and ability to work autonomously.
