Senior Systems Engineer

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at Mindera Group. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our organization's computer systems, networks, and cloud infrastructure. You will handle tasks such as installing and configuring software and hardware, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data backup and recovery.

You will work closely with other IT professionals and departments to ensure smooth and efficient system operations. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a strong technical background in system engineering.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive system architectures
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement resolution plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in system engineering
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, networking, and system administration
- Proficiency in configuration management tools such as Ansible and Terraform
- Experience with virtualization and storage technologies such as ZFS
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
