The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a content moderator. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing user flagging reports regarding website content, understanding and remaining up-to-date with client's policies and guidelines, analyzing and identifying content that is not in compliance with requirements, and flagging it for action in a timely manner.
Ideal Profile
We are looking for an individual who speaks and writes English at a native level, has experience in customer care, and possesses good computer handling skills. The ideal candidate should also have the ability to deal with highly sensitive content, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
