Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced International Tax Associate to manage and oversee tax compliance and planning activities, working closely with the global tax team to ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax provision calculations in accordance with IFRS or US GAAP.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of tax-related items in financial statements.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all tax-related documents.
  • Prepare detailed tax reports and schedules for internal and external audits.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements by providing relevant tax information.
  • Prepare and review corporate income tax returns for various countries within the Group.
  • Ensure timely filing of tax returns and related compliance documentation.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with withholding taxes obligations on cross-border operations.
  • Manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with multinational companies or Big4 is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of international tax laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in tax compliance and accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
