Become an integral part of our Recruitment team at BNP Paribas, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization. As a Recruitment & Talent Sourcing Trainee, you will be responsible for sourcing and assessing top talent to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Importing information from Recruitment requests to the system
- Reviewing and publishing job adverts
- Following applications by contacting candidates and performing phone screening
- Attending and observing HR interviews
- Observing the production of HR assessment reports
- Scheduling Hiring Managers' interviews
- Observing the preparation of job offers and their validation
- Preparing onboarding and hiring instructions
- Taking part in transversal Recruitment projects and processes (Inclusive Recruitment, Recruitment of refugees, and others)
- Supporting the Campus and Sourcing Relations activity whenever necessary, by preparing and attending Recruitment events, as well as following up on their outcomes
- Participating in all team-bonding activities
Requirements and Qualifications
- Master's degree in social sciences, Human Resources, or related field
- Knowledge of Human Resources
- Knowledge of Assessment/evaluation
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Ability to collaborate/Teamwork
- Communication skills – oral & written
- Ability to develop and leverage networks
