As a Content Moderator for our Chatbot team, you will be responsible for reviewing text-based answers that were flagged by users as not okay. You will use our internal tools to escalate any violations of client policies, ensuring the highest quality of our chatbot's responses.
You will work closely with our team to review content that may range from mild to very sensitive topics, such as profanity, hate speech, or violence. Your attention to detail and quick decision-making skills will be essential in this role.
The ideal candidate will have fluent Swahili and English language skills, with experience in content moderation and customer service. You will benefit from a 12-month renewable contract, working in a sunny office in Lisbon, and enjoying private healthcare and dental care.
