Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team as an on-site support specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing mental health education, conducting case management tasks, and leading resilience-building coaching sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mental health consultations to management and team leads
  • Lead resilience-building coaching and counseling sessions
  • Facilitate peer-to-peer support and lead psycho-educational skills-building groups
  • Champion awareness campaigns to mitigate stigma around help-seeking behaviors
  • Provide training on empathy and debriefing staff on stress and trauma coping mechanisms
  • Offer resources to support employees in reaching organizational and personal goals
  • Bridge prevention and intervention wellness activities
  • Facilitate transition sessions (e.g., roll-off, change of roles)
  • Provide information regarding the Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Psychology (mandatory)
  • Membership in the Order of Portuguese Psychologists (mandatory)
  • At least three years of experience as a Psychologist in clinical psychology or psychological monitoring
  • Fluency in English (B2 level minimum) and Portuguese (native language)
  • Experience in training and mediating groups, with CCP certification
  • Knowledge of other languages, such as French, Spanish, or Italian, valued
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Residence in the Lisbon area
