**Job Title:** Service Delivery Manager

Landing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the execution of contracted services according to contractual terms, service levels, and continuous expectations management. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring service execution and performance levels, both internally and externally with customers.
  • Managing communication with customers regarding service execution.
  • Fulfilling service level agreements and managing contract scope, including changes.
  • Overseeing contract cost management and escalation processes.
  • Managing priorities and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Being accountable for results rather than task execution.
  • Addressing customer issues and ensuring complaint replies.
  • Managing customer providers when contracted.
  • Identifying and following up on contract risks as necessary.
  • Managing finances, excluding invoice management.
  • Preparing and conducting service reports and meetings.
  • Maintaining internal tools and systems, focusing on financial, operational, and document management aspects relevant to the Service Manager role.

**Requirements:** The ideal candidate will demonstrate high responsibility and a clear understanding of contractual goals. A high level of resilience and stress resistance is essential. A bachelor's degree or equivalent (training or professional experience) is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles. Proficiency in IT sector knowledge and solid understanding of Service Management functions are also essential. Hold certifications in Service Management Methodologies, such as ITIL or ISO20000. Fluency in English is mandatory.
