About This Opportunity

This role offers an exciting chance to join our team of relocation specialists and contribute to our mission of making relocation easier for everyone.

You'll be responsible for helping clients find and secure rental properties that meet their unique needs and requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Property Sourcing: Identify and shortlist suitable rental properties across Portugal.
  • Negotiating Deals: Secure lease agreements that meet client conditions and requirements.
  • Viewing Coordination: Schedule viewings and finalize deals to secure the best rentals for clients.
  • Compliance Verification: Ensure that each property satisfies visa and relocation needs.
  • Client Communication: Provide regular updates and recommendations to clients.

Requirements

  • Expertise: Proven experience in property hunting, real estate, or relocation services in Portugal.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the Portuguese rental market, especially in popular relocation areas.
  • Effective Communication: Fluent in English (Portuguese fluency is a huge plus).
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.
