About the Role:

iTRecruiter is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead and manage end-to-end programs across different phases, from planning to execution, within a global scope. This role involves ensuring effective and efficient management of project scope, deadlines, costs, and quality while maintaining a focus on resolving blockages and challenges.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree preferably in Information Technology, Software, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to critically analyze and focus on resolving blockages
  • Able to work in a collaborative and productive environment
  • Proven experience in leading end-to-end programs across different phases and managing portfolios and roadmaps in large multinationals with a global scope and complex environments
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans to ensure alignment between financial and execution progress
  • Manage communication with stakeholders through clear and assertive communication
  • Prepare detailed project reporting and management information to facilitate decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with defined timelines and manage risks

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficient in using Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools for reporting, presentations, and project documentation
  • Analytical mindset for problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced environments

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range: 80,000 - 120,000 EUR per year (depending on qualifications and experience)
  • A hybrid position allowing remote and Lisbon-based work

Note:

Candidates must live in Lisbon/Portugal and have Portuguese and fluent English (C1) language proficiency.
