As a Senior Data Protection Specialist at Unilabs, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of data protection across our operations in 14 countries. We strive to improve the lives of close to 100 million people every year through our state-of-the-art laboratories and imaging institutes.
About the Role:This is an international role covering all countries within the Unilabs portfolio. You will work closely with the Group DPO and collaborate with a team of centralised data protection professionals and geographically dispersed Local Data Protection Coordinators (LDPCs). Your primary focus will be on HQ - Swiss tasks in collaboration with the dedicated data privacy coordinator in Switzerland.
Responsibilities:- Develop, update, and maintain data protection policies, standards, processes, notices, and guidelines.
- Support business stakeholders and LDPCs in understanding and maintaining RoPA, including identifying the need for DPIAs, LIAs, and TIAs.
- Manage and mitigate key data protection risks throughout Unilabs.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Professional qualification/certification or experience in data protection law is essential.
- Minimum five years of experience working in the field of data protection/privacy.
