About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Specialist with a focus on compliance to join our team at Organon. As an SAP Security Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our SAP systems, as well as implementing and maintaining compliance policies.
About the Job:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP security and GRC, as well as experience working with various stakeholders to implement and maintain security policies. You will work closely with our IT teams and external vendors to ensure effective security and compliance measures are in place.
Responsibilities:
- SAP Security Administration: Administer SAP user accounts, roles, and authorizations, ensuring that users have appropriate access levels based on their roles and responsibilities.
- GRC Configuration: Configure and maintain SAP GRC modules, including Access Control and Process Controls.
- Audit and Monitoring: Perform regular security audits, monitor for suspicious activities, and address any security vulnerabilities or breaches.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and manage risk mitigation activities within SAP environments.
- Incident Management: Respond to and investigate security incidents, coordinating with other IT teams as necessary.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of security configurations, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, generating reports on security status, compliance metrics, and risk assessments.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field; or at least 8 years of related field experience.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in SAP security and GRC roles; hands-on technical experience with SAP S/4 HANA, BW/4 HANA, IBP, ARIBA, SAC, HANA DB, BTP (Business Technology Platform), SAP GRC Access Control 12.0x, or IAG (Identity, Access & Governance).
- Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP security configuration, user roles, and authorizations; experience with SAP GRC modules, risk management, and compliance practices.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
