Akuo Energy Group is a fast-growing independent producer of renewable and distributed energy, with operations in over 20 countries worldwide. Our group is involved in the entire value chain, from development and financing to construction and operation of solar, wind, and storage power plants.
We are committed to promoting a decentralized, sustainable energy model that meets local needs. As part of our Corporate Finance department, you will join our Lisbon team to financially manage a portfolio of 3 projects of solar farms in Portugal.
**Financial Management**: You will ensure the financial compliance with contractual and statutory obligations of the project company (with shareholders and banks). This includes preparing quarterly reports for third parties, comparing planned vs existing, and calculating ratios for rentability. Additionally, you will prepare internal monthly and quarterly financial reports, ensuring a correct allocation between CAPEX and OPEX aligned with controlling reports.
Cash Management: Manage cash flows by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports. Draft all drawdown notices to credit lines related to each project in construction.
**Reporting and Analysis**: Follow up on invoices and commitments approval process for local project companies, approving invoices to be paid to suppliers aligned with the cash plan. Be part of the calculation and analysis of project companies' annual budgets together with the asset management team and the development team.
