Our company seeks a skilled professional to join our team as a Travel Agent for Expedia in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth booking processes for our clients by resolving any issues that may arise. You will provide clear instructions and take an active part in finding suitable bookings. Additionally, you will follow up with clients during their vacations, offer solutions including refunds, expand their network, and manage lead generation.

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as fluency in French (English being a plus). We value motivated and committed individuals who are passionate about traveling and teamwork. If you are proficient in listening and adapting to new situations, we encourage you to apply. As a member of our team, you can enjoy various benefits, such as free language classes, cultural activities, and social events. Depending on your choice, you can opt for a salary of 1040€ gross/month with free accommodation or 1240€ gross/month without it. For international candidates, we offer reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pick-up, and other perks.
