We are passionate about realizing wind energy projects across the globe and meeting tomorrow's energy technology challenges. You can make a significant contribution to shaping the future of renewable energies as a High-Level IT Consultant for HR Process Optimization.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will advise our regional HR teams on all HR policies-related topics, establishing one worldwide standard and best practice;
  • You will collect and coordinate requirements for our new HR Cloud solution (success factors);
  • You will analyze and design requirements from the HR processes for the HR IT team with our Regional HR teams on an eye level, working out global standards and improvements from this with the product owners;
  • You will advise the regional HR teams and process owners on IT requirements arising from HR processes and process development;
  • You will check defined requirements for completeness, quality, comprehensibility, consistency, and feasibility, taking into account dependencies and risks;
  • You will accompany our regional HR units and process managers in the interface to the HR IT team (product owner) with prioritization and management of the change requests;
  • You will work closely with the product owner and stakeholders to translate HR requirements into detailed specifications and user stories with focus on an end-to-end-process landscape;
  • You will identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency within our HR cloud solution;
  • You will support our Regional HR teams & Global Process owners in setting up content concepts for individual software needs or change requests for the global cloud solution;
  • You will create decision papers/recommendations for our HR Management Team;
  • You will collaborate closely with Expert HR Policies to align the process and policy landscape for success factors.
Your Qualifications and Skills
  • You hold a minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics, and Computer Engineering or similar;
  • You have mastered methods of process designing, requirement engineering, moderation, and presentation;
  • You have a good understanding of the demand-to-solution process;
  • You possess very good analytical and structural skills; experience with requirements analysis;
  • You know requirement-gathering techniques, such as user stories and use cases;
  • You have experience working as part of a matrix organization;
  • You communicate effectively in a target-group-oriented context and have good intercultural awareness;
  • You understand modern IT landscapes and software development processes;
  • You have very good English language skills.
