Automation Project Lead

At Siemens Energy, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our automation projects in Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing control technology, electrical engineering, and digitalization projects globally, driving new constructions and modernizations with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage control technology, electrical engineering, and digitalization projects globally, ensuring technical and financial success while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Lead an interdisciplinary, intercultural project team and act as the project's representative within the organization.
- Foster an exchange of experiences within the project management team and across relevant units.
- Ensure the technical and financial success of projects while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- A University degree in automation, control technology, electrical engineering, or equivalent technical education with relevant industry experience.
- Extensive professional background in engineering or commissioning electrical and control systems, coupled with project management expertise.
- Ideal prior 2 - 3 years' experience in technical and project management roles within small to medium-sized customer projects.
- Proficient written and spoken English; knowledge of German is valued; additional language skills are a plus.
- Exceptional communication, empathy, and strong team spirit along with initiative, result orientation, decisiveness, and organizational skills.
