At TN Portugal, we are seeking a Medical Information Specialist with Language Support to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to make a meaningful impact in the field of patient safety.
About the RoleThis position involves providing phone support to healthcare professionals and consumers regarding adverse events, product quality complaints, medical inquiries, and other needs as required. You will also process lifecycle safety operational data, perform data entry, coding medical terminology, generating queries pertinent to the case, performing quality control, driving case closure, coordinating translations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal skills in English and Norwegian, with a strong background in life sciences. Experience in pharmacovigilance, medical information, and safety publishing is an asset. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously, organize their own workload, and effectively manage competing priorities.
