Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Surveillance Specialist to join our team in Porto, Portugal. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily surveillance of electronic and voice communications to ensure compliance
  • Perform research and investigations to identify potential violations
  • Document research results and escalate violations according to firm policy and regulatory requirements
  • Work with Business Lines, Advisory, and other departments to identify, analyze, and resolve issues
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3 years of experience in regulatory, audit, compliance, risk, surveillance, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of financial markets and products (including stocks, bonds, equity/credit derivatives)
  • Fluency in English (C1 level) and French (+B1 level)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation, and presentation)
  • Advanced PowerBI skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as training and mentorship opportunities, flexible working hours, and a dynamic work environment.
