About the Role

The role of Technical Consultant is a key position within our organization, responsible for designing and implementing solutions' architecture, developing functional requirements, and ensuring the client receives the best technical setup to use our product(s).

Your Key Accountabilities

  • Implement solutions' architecture to meet the client's needs;
  • Develop the functional requirements provided by the business consultant(s), assuring the client with the best technical setup to use our product(s) (interfaces, reports, ETL, technical platforms, etc.);
  • Carry out functional acceptance and integration acceptance tests, performance tuning, and benchmarks;
  • Develop automation tools, utilities, and components to enhance the integration of our solution with customers.

Working with Us

  • You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, working closely with both the customer and other consultants;
  • You will have the chance to share your knowledge and experience with your colleagues to improve methodology and service quality;
  • You will adhere to the company's project management and governance framework specifically, monitor and track project milestones and deliverables; identify and manage issues and action items;
  • You will create and maintain project status reports for project leads for incorporation into larger project status reports;
  • You will proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks; and escalate issues where appropriate.
