At Descompagnons Trabalho Temporário Lda, we are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruitment professional to take on a challenging role and make a significant impact on our organization.

About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, from talent attraction to candidate boarding. This includes developing sourcing plans, executing sourcing activities, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of meeting hiring targets, salary budgets, and cost per hire.

We are looking for a solutions-focused individual who can sort through information quickly and develop effective solutions. A comfortable approach to uncertainty, ambiguity, and constant change is essential, as well as the ability to set priorities and execute on assignments.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to improve processes and tools, ensuring that recruitment targets are met efficiently. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to build relationships and establish trust among peers, associates, and applicants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Attraction: Providing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and boarding candidates, while adhering to compliance activities.
  • Meeting Hiring Targets: Salary budgets, cost per hire, and SLAs as per the defined plan.
  • Developing Sourcing Plans: Through low-cost channels and executing sourcing activities.
  • Conducting Interviews: Coordinating with line interviewers and negotiating offers.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve processes and tools to meet recruitment targets.
Requirements
  • At least 10+ years of relevant recruitment/sourcing related experience.
  • Previous experience in any ATS (Taleo, Success Factor, etc.) is preferred.
  • Able to manage a high volume workload and have a flexible approach.
