We're a fast-growing, 100% remote company specializing in acquiring new customers for top companies in the iGaming, Financial Services, and Crypto sectors. We're looking for a Product Visionary to lead our product team and drive strategic decisions about our product strategy and execution.

About the Role

As a Product Visionary, you'll inspire, lead, and grow a talented team of professionals who build and bring our products to life. You'll bring your expertise in product strategy, product design, operational leadership, and people development skills to bear on strategic decisions about our product strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with the company's overall strategy.
  • Own our product roadmap, ensuring alignment with budget, timeline, and resource constraints.
  • Lead, manage, and nurture a dynamic product team.
  • Make experiment-driven product management decisions based on data, gut feeling, and user feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and plan product development efforts.

About You

We're looking for someone with experience in product-led companies who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment. You should be an entrepreneurial, analytical thinker with deep user empathy and exceptional communication skills.
