**About the Role**

The Operations Regional Director will lead our Central Europe operations regional team, focusing on the execution of regional processes and managing local depots and their teams. This role is responsible for driving operational results on availability and quality of the fleet, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency through high-standards for operations and effective implementation of central procedural guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and supervise the regional team and local teams in the region.
  • Oversee day-to-day regional operations execution and actively manage the team to achieve results defined for the region regarding fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Guarantee that the customer is first and address all customer feedback with utmost importance, adapting the modus operandi to decrease the amount of exceptions, and monitor results daily and follow-up on action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with central teams to ensure processes are well defined and adapted to the regions, in order to ensure success.
  • Lead, coordinate, and deliver any projects related to operational expansion within the region.
  • Be responsible for the P&L management of the region.

**Requirements**

  • Background in Business Management, Engineering, or similar education.
  • At least 10 years of total relevant experience.
  • Experience in strategic consulting or finance-related positions is a plus.
  • More than 3 years of proven experience in managing operational teams with P&L Ownership and direct control over operational financial performance on sustainable business models.
  • Proven track record in establishing operational standards and developing structured operations.
  • Proven track record in leading, managing, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Capacity to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation.
  • Thrives under pressure and is able to coordinate the efforts of big teams.
  • Organized, analytical, and results-oriented.
  • Fluent in English with German or Italian being highly desirable.
