The Syone Engagement Lead will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining relationships with Syoners to ensure a positive and engaging work culture;
- Managing our training program to assess needs and develop new solutions;
- Designing and delivering professional quality presentations and training materials;
- Organizing virtual and in-person internal events in accordance with the People Xperience plan;
- Monitoring our mentoring and coaching program;
- Participating in multiple projects and initiatives to improve and enhance People Xperience at Syone.
- At least 2 years of experience in People Experience, HR, Employee Engagement, or a related field;
- Bachelor or Master in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field;
- Experience in training and development;
- Experience in integrating and supporting new employees during the onboarding process;
- Great interpersonal and communication skills;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English;
- Proactive and result-driven personality with strong attention to detail.
