Talent Acquisition Challenges

We are looking for a talented multilingual recruiter to help us identify and onboard exceptional talent for our international teams. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process, including analyzing CVs, making pre-selection calls, and validating applicants' language skills, technical skills, and soft skills required.

You will organize, prepare, and execute selection activities, manage relocation support for applicants, and conduct interviews with applicants, presenting a final short-list of selected candidates. Additionally, you will complete high-volume administrative tasks in a precise manner and ensure structured and organized work procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a native level of Spanish, at least B2 level of English, and first experience in recruitment. They must be able to handle high volumes of tasks, calls, and recruitment processes, have strong interest in Human Resources, and possess organizational skills and ability to work independently.
