Velenosi & Meredith Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our content moderation team, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing incoming legal requests.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including a base salary and additional benefits such as premium bonus, meal allowance, and transportation bonus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and process incoming legal requests in accordance with agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
- Stay up-to-date with client policies and guidelines, including an understanding of KPIs and metrics.
Requirements:
- No previous experience required; maximum 12 months experience within content moderation is preferred.
- Good understanding of KPIs and metrics, including FCR, SLA, and CSAT.
Benefits:
- Annual Base Salary
- Premium Bonus/Monthly
- Meal Allowance/Daily Work Day Paid in Meal Card (net amount)
- Transportation Bonus/Year
- Yearly Target Bonus 5% of the Yearly Gross Base Salary
- Other Benefits: Health Insurance & Life Insurance & Family Plan (Spouse/legal partner and children)
Contract Type: 2 month training agreement + 1 year FTC w/ 30 days probation
