About the Position:

CBT org is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Social Media Reviewer. In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing social media content to identify and mitigate potential fraud or copyright infringement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of KPIs such as FCR, SLA compliance, and CSAT, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also be able to maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Moderating written content to identify and mitigate potential fraud or copyright infringement.
  • Reviewing and processing legal requests promptly and accurately.
  • Understanding and adhering to KPIs such as FCR, SLA compliance, and CSAT.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of client policies and guidelines.
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed within agreed turnaround times and meet quality standards.

Requirements:

  • No previous experience required; maximum of 12 months experience within content moderation preferred.
  • Fluent in German.
  • B2 level English.
