SAS Administrator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAS Administrator to support the operations of a key Life Sciences customer. The role involves overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the client's SAS environment, ensuring it runs efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform SAS installation and setup, ensuring all components are properly deployed and configured.
  • Manage system updates, patches, and monitor performance to maintain optimal functionality of the SAS environment.
  • Oversee account management and implement access control measures to ensure secure and efficient user management.
  • Handle data integration tasks, and manage backup and recovery processes to safeguard data and ensure availability.
  • Provide comprehensive technical support, including troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problems in the SAS environment.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience with SAS Installation, Configuration, and System Maintenance.
  • Expertise in User Management, including Account Management and Access Control within SAS environments.
  • Solid background in Data Management, including Data Integration and Backup/Recovery procedures in SAS.
  • Proven ability in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support for SAS systems.
