We are looking for candidates with a pioneering spirit who can make data-driven decisions and take responsibility for the best outcome of their internal customers.

As an Accounts Receivable Accountant, you will perform administrative tasks, contribute to financial statement elaboration, and ensure compliance with legal regulations and accounting rules. You will apply financial processes and tools, involving financial flows and transactions according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

You will define the accounting structure and principles for general accounting and other financial and administrative transactions related to Accounts Receivable. You will also propose continuous improvement actions on Accounts Receivable processes and systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage overdue accounts
  • Prepare and send debt letters to customers
  • Analyze and send Statements of Account

**Requirements:**

  • Finance/Accounting background with 2-3 years of experience in Accounting processes
  • Experience in Shared Services Center for large international groups
  • Deep knowledge of technical accounting topics
  • Capability to manage customer expectations and process efficiency

Our ideal candidate will have advanced skills in accounting transactions, internal financial control standards, and accounting systems (SAP). They will also have a good understanding of internal controls principles and excellent communication skills. English language proficiency is required, and German is a plus.
