About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Compliance Training Professional. In this role, you will assist in the development, coordination, and tracking of training programs for our employees.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be data-driven, and possess strong attention to detail. They will also be able to work across functional and geographic boundaries in flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product, compliance, and customer support teams to align training materials with company objectives.
  • Create clear, engaging, and accessible learning resources to support training objectives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate in-person and virtual workshops, seminars, and hands-on labs to enhance participant engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Support the tracking of employee completion for mandatory training sessions and follow up with employees as needed.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and other metrics to continuously improve training outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Interest in compliance/law in crypto is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the compliance OPS team is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Must be able to work in flexible hours and maintain a critical and innovative mindset.
