Support Sales Teams and Back-Office Operations

Offer expert support to sales teams and other Western Union departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

Validate and Execute Contracts and Maintenance Requests

Verify and execute agent contracts and maintenance requests for completeness and accuracy, adhering to contract compliance and legal requirements.

Resolve Complex Escalations and Create Ad-Hoc Reports

Address complex escalations from business partners and teammates, while creating tailored reports to meet the needs of stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Fluency in English with exceptional verbal, written, and listening skills is mandatory.
  • Fluency in French with outstanding verbal, written, and listening skills is mandatory.
  • Customer-oriented approach and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
