Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist - CRM Expert to join our team at NBS Lisbon. In this role, you will support our Categories by developing and implementing CRM programs and campaigns targeted towards patients, caregivers, and consumers for local brands.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. CRM Program Development: Develop and implement CRM programs and campaigns that meet the needs of our customers and drive business results.
  2. Segmentation and Orchestration: Identify segments to create and use in local CRM programs, and make recommendations of CRM journeys for markets to implement per segment.
  3. Content Creation and Curation: Source content (e.g., articles, recipes, videos, etc.) to power the creation of assets for CRM strategies, either by repurposing existing content or developing new content.
  4. Campaign Execution and Monitoring: Develop and execute CRM campaign templates that markets can leverage for running ongoing one-shot campaigns for their local brands. Monitor and evaluate the performance of local CRM programs using pre-defined key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • More than 5 years in digital marketing/eBusiness, preferably with experience working on marketing communications for Consumer brands, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom-line business results.
  • Solid experience in project management and stakeholder management, in a multinational environment.
  • End-to-end experience in developing and implementing CRM programs, defining content, segmentation, and orchestration strategies, and building and setting up campaigns with external partners (e.g., creative agencies).
  • Used to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and provide recommendations based on insights.
