Job Title: Controller for SAP Project System
We are seeking a skilled Controller to join our team at Preh. As a Controller, you will be responsible for creating and closing new projects in SAP, checking and uploading plan hours, and performing plausibility checks of uploaded data in SAP BI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation and closing of new projects in SAP and sample orders
- Check, upload, and scheduling of plan hours
- Plausibility checks of uploaded data in SAP BI
- Check and upload project investment plan
- Archive the various versions of projects
- Informing time administrators about wrong postings
- Check and preparing of bookings for correction of wrong postings
Requirements:
- Technical experience in the financial area
- Experience in Project Controlling in SAP at least 2 years
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Knowledge of SAP R3 or S4 HANA in Project System (SAP-PS), Controlling (SAP-CO) and Business Intelligence (BI)
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Trustworthy and independent working method and team-oriented
