Skywise Academy Trainer

As a Skywise Academy Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of learning and development at Airbus. Your mission will be to design and deliver innovative hands-on learning solutions on Skywise, aligning with the company's learning strategy and roadmap.

• Design and develop engaging learning content on Skywise, incorporating the latest features and technologies.
• Deliver live virtual sessions on Foundry and Skywise capabilities, as well as AWS EMR, AWS MSK, and AWS Athena capabilities, to a global audience.
• Develop and maintain the Skywise Academy application on Skywise, enabling seamless communication and registration for learning services.
• Collaborate with a network of Skywise Trainers across Airbus, supporting the design and delivery of learning solutions for Airbus users.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technical skills and contribute to related communities of practice.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field, with over 7 years of experience.
• Proven experience in web programming, including Python, JavaScript, SQL, CSS, and HTML.
• Foundry expertise, including pipelines, code authoring, and PySpark.
• Experience with AWS EMR, AWS MSK, and AWS Athena capabilities.
• Functional knowledge of delivery and customer-facing experience.
• Working experience with Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban projects.
• Team-oriented problem-solving skills and advanced English language proficiency.
