At Boost IT, we're committed to delivering exceptional results and providing unparalleled support to our clients. As an experienced Active Directory specialist, you'll play a crucial role in implementing a 4-tier AD model across our client's infrastructure.

This project requires a high degree of technical expertise, particularly in Active Directory management and tiered delegation. If you have a proven track record of implementing AD tiering models and adapting tiered delegation models across large enterprise infrastructures, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation of the 4-Tier Model: Ensure a seamless transition from the current AD tiering model to the new one, aligning with the requirements of the 4-tier structure.
  • Adaptation of Current Tier Delegation Model: Modify and align the existing delegation model to meet the requirements of the 4-tier structure.
  • Change Request Management: Collaborate closely with the Project Manager (PM) and Architect to address change requests, ensuring timely and effective implementation of all changes.
  • Seamless Integration: Work to integrate the new tiering model into the company's existing systems with minimal operational disruption.
  • Weekend/Off-Hours Availability: Be available to implement change requests during weekends and off-business hours, if necessary, to minimize disruption to ongoing operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in implementing AD tiering models, ideally with hands-on involvement in transitioning and adapting tiered delegation models across large enterprise infrastructures.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Active Directory management, tiered delegation, and the security implications of each tier within a system architecture.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage and coordinate change requests, working closely with both the brand and supplier teams.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work during weekends and outside regular business hours when required, as dictated by business needs and application owners.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with the PM, Architect, and other stakeholders to ensure the project is on track and aligned with business goals.
  • Portugal-based is mandatory.
