Role Overview

The Senior Media Planner role involves coordinating with agencies to ensure strategic alignment, planning, and execution of campaigns.

Main Tasks:

  • Coordinate with agencies to develop campaign strategies and plans;
  • Negotiate with media outlets to secure optimal placements;
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement;
  • Ensure timely billing and manage daily campaign activities;
  • Conduct post-campaign analyses to evaluate success and inform future decisions;
  • Maintain open communication channels with team members and clients;
Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Relevant university degree (Marketing, Advertising, etc.);
  • Excellent English language skills;
  • At least 5 years of experience in media planning and offline media buying;
  • Strong analytical skills to extract insights from media campaigns and apply them to future recommendations;
  • Self-motivation and autonomy to respond directly to agencies and execute tasks;
  • Excellent critical thinking, organizational, analytical, and communication skills;
  • A collaborative and proactive attitude;
  • Proficiency in planning platforms, especially Yumi;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate with OMG teams;
