About the Team

You will be part of a diverse and international workspace, working closely with product management, data operations, data governance, software engineering, and quality assurance teams.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Medical Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring data quality and compliance meet high standards
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps and quality issues
  • Developing data-backed solutions to address these challenges
  • Creating customized reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
  • University degree in medicine or life sciences, e.g., bioinformatics, clinical informatics, pharmacist
  • 3+ years of working experience in the Healthcare/Pharma industry, with MSL working experience
  • Advanced SQL skills (joins, subqueries, subquery factoring)
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills (in Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Skilled in data reporting and visualization
  • Proven track record managing data analytics projects
  • Experience with large databases and complex datasets
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of database technologies (Redshift, NoSQL/MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
  • Proficient in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Superset)
