The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing technological projects, focusing on SPMS solutions, while ensuring effective communication, risk management, and delivery of project objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and following up on IT projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Managing changes and overseeing the mitigation of risks and constraints.
  • Preparing detailed reports and monitoring KPIs to track project progress and performance.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Mandatory Requirements

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management and Business Intelligence for Health, Management Informatics, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Post-graduate training in Project Management is mandatory.

Professional Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing and implementing technological projects within the health sector.
  • Hands-on experience with SPMS solutions, specifically the Sonho/SClínico hospital suite.
  • Demonstrated team management and leadership experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of: ITIL, SQL/PL-SQL, Citrix, Power BI, SQL Server, Active Directory, Outsystems.

Behavioral Skills:

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple technological projects simultaneously.
  • High resistance to stress and ability to adapt to diverse profiles, realities, and situations.
