Job Requirements
This role involves:
  • Designing tower structures that meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of EU, IEC, and DIBt certification standards.
  • Promoting open communication and fostering a culture of transparency within the team.

Key Qualifications
To excel in this position, you should possess:
  • A Master's degree in Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the wind turbine industry or a related sector, with a focus on tower design.
  • Expertise in EU, IEC, and DIBt certification standards and guidelines related to tower design.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to promote initiatives without direct authority.
  • Strong technical communication and interpersonal skills.
