Main Responsibilities:- Evaluate online content to ensure it meets our client's policies and guidelines;
- Analyze and interpret data to inform moderation decisions;
- Develop and maintain knowledge of policies and community standards;
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives;
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving moderation processes;
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A native level of written and verbal communication skills in French (mandatory);
- Fluency in English – B2 level (mandatory);
- Natural ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
