The role involves supporting customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues, as well as attracting potential customers by answering questions about their ongoing requests and suggesting information about our services to meet their needs.
You will also gather information from new customers and insert it into our platform, process and respond to contact requests promptly, and contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand.
